Attuned Gatherings
"No one is healed in isolation" - Bell Hooks
Attuned 2.0 (closed group)
Join us for Attuned 2.0*, where we delve even deeper into the realms of relationship skills and profound sense of belonging that were cultivated in our previous retreat. Building upon the foundation laid in our initial gathering, Attuned 2.0 offers a transformative journey into the heart of connection and understanding.
This time, we embark on an exploration enhanced by the careful and intentional use of psychedelic medicines. Guided by experienced facilitators and supported by a community of like-minded individuals, we invite you to open yourself to the profound insights and healing potential of these ancient tools.
Through shared experiences, group discussions, and individual reflections, we will navigate the inner landscapes of consciousness, fostering deeper connections with ourselves, each other, and the world around us. Together, we will explore new dimensions of empathy, compassion, and authenticity, forging bonds that transcend the boundaries of ordinary interaction.
Join us for Attuned 2.0 as we journey together into the depths of our being, emerging with a renewed sense of connection, purpose, and profound belonging.

"No one is healed in isolation" - Bell Hooks
You are warmly invited to join us for a transformative collective journey at Attuned, a women's retreat deeply rooted in the wisdom of embodiment, attunement, and collective healing. This retreat hopes to be an enriching exploration of what comes forth when we compassionately attune to ourselves and each other. Together, we'll peel back our masks of societal conditioning and personal adaptation, revealing the radiant authenticity that lies within.
Led by experienced facilitators and held within a supportive community of sisters, Attuned offers a safe and nurturing space for you to embrace your truth, honour your journey, and embody your power as a woman. As we come together with open hearts and open minds, we create a container for profound healing, transformation, and collective empowerment.
The purpose of our time together is to become more aware of the defenses we have developed over time to ensure belonging, defenses that may now hinder us from experiencing deeper connections with ourselves and others. Through the intentional cultivation of a safe and nurturing container, we invite you to join us in rewriting the narratives of womanhood, fostering a renewed relationship with our bodies and each other.

With the hope of arriving with clear minds and open hearts, we invite you to join us in the week leading up to the retreat in preparing your whole selves to be present. Take care of your hearts, minds, and bodies, rest, nourish yourselves, and take space to be. To that end, we've compiled a few questions to guide us in the time leading up to the retreat (just for you, not to be shared). Just notice what it feels like in your body as you ask yourself these questions. Where do you feel these? What emerges as you ponder them?
What do you long to know about yourself?
What does it feel like to be known? What does it feel like to be seen?
What parts of you long to be seen? What parts of you fear being seen?
What stories do you tell of who you are? Where do those stories come from?
What helps you listen to yourself? To see yourself? To trust your knowing?
Applications close August 1st, 2024. Only 4 spots left .

We will explore the beauty (and terror!) of cracking open to let ourselves be seen by others and to see our own selves with compassion and presence. What will happen when we gather with the intention of witnessing ourselves and each other with love? What healing, connection, and wholeness lies on the other side of witnessing?
