House of Belonging Men’s Retreat

The House of Belonging

“No one is healed in isolation.” — Bell Hooks

A Men’s Medicine Retreat

For generations, men have been told to carry the weight alone. To push through. To figure it out. To keep moving.

Yet beneath that, there is a longing. A longing to slow down. To be met. To belong.

I know, because you have told me. As I sit with you, I hear the ache you carry.

This was created for you.

The House of Belonging is a return. A return to yourself, to brotherhood, and to the deep integrity of the Healthy Masculine—the part of you that protects, not controls; that holds, not hardens; that moves with power, not force.

This is not a retreat. It is an initiation.

It begins long before we step onto the land.

A Threshold, Not Just a Retreat

“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” — Carl Jung

The initiation does not start with the ceremony. It starts now.

Over four months of preparation, we build the foundation to hold what will come. This is the missing piece—what so many experiences overlook. Deep work cannot be rushed. It must be prepared for.

Each man who steps into this container is already beginning the journey. By the time we arrive, we will not be strangers. We will be woven.

The Journey Begins in April

From April through August, we will meet in circle, cultivating the inner skills and resources necessary to hold the medicine, to hold ourselves, and to hold one another. This is where the work begins.
Our preparation will include:

  • Monthly preparation circles to create and deepen the vessel that will hold us through the retreat

  • Guided somatic and resourcing practices to strengthen inner stability

  • Exploration of the masculine psyche and its transformation through myth and deep inquiry

  • Personalized support to prepare for the medicine journey

The Initiation | August 29 - 31

When we arrive, we do not come to escape. We come to return.

The medicine is not here to give you something you do not have. It is here to strip away what is not you.

This is a threshold—a moment where the old self is laid down, and the new self steps forward.

Held in a sturdy, intentional container, we step into a journey that does not end when we leave.

Integration and The Return

The most important part of this journey is what comes after.

The return.

Too often, men have powerful experiences but are left to navigate them alone. That does not happen here.

We continue to meet. We continue to walk together. We ensure that what is received is not left behind, but lived.

You do not have to do this alone.

The House of Belonging is waiting.

This Was Made for You

If you are receiving this, it is because I have made this for you.

You are being invited into something rare, a space of deep trust, an initiation into the next threshold of your life. If you feel the pull, the knowing, the recognition in your body, then you already understand.

Our first gathering is in April. The work begins now.

    Preparing for the Medicine Journey

The months leading to this retreat are essential. The medicine does not begin when it touches your tongue; it begins now. We will cultivate the internal space required to meet it with readiness, presence, and trust.

Through our preparation circles, we will establish practices of self-inquiry, resourcing, and relational attunement, so that when the time comes, you will step into the ceremony fully present, fully held.

In the days leading up to the retreat, we invite you to begin listening. Notice where aloneness lives in your body. Where does belonging call to you? What does it feel like to be truly seen?

Some questions for reflection (just for you, not to be shared):

  • What does it feel like to belong—to myself, to others, to something greater?

  • Where have I been carrying too much alone?

  • What does true strength feel like in my body?

  • What does it mean to witness and be witnessed?

  • What do I long for in my relationships with other men? for the Retreat

Attuned Women’s Retreat

Attuned

“Perhaps I can say this all more simply; I say the love of women healed me.”— Audre Lorde

You are warmly invited to join us for a transformative collective journey at Attuned, a women's retreat deeply rooted in the wisdom of embodiment, attunement, and collective healing. This retreat hopes to be an enriching exploration of what comes forth when we compassionately attune to ourselves and each other. Together, we will peel back our masks of societal conditioning and personal adaptation, revealing the radiant authenticity that lies within.

Led by experienced facilitators and held within a supportive community of sisters, Attuned offers a safe and nurturing space for you to embrace your truth, honour your journey, and embody your power as a woman. As we come together with open hearts and open minds, we create a container for profound healing, transformation, and collective empowerment.

There is a rhythm beneath the noise of the world, a knowing that lives in the body, a song that has never stopped singing. This is an invitation to listen. To come home to yourself, to your sisters, and to the deep well of wisdom within. Attuned is a retreat for women who long to feel, to soften, to awaken, and to return.

“Love takes off the masks that we fear we cannot live without and know we cannot live within” — James Baldwin

Embark on a transformative journey of collective healing at our embodiment retreat, where a harmonious blend of individual reflection and communal engagement awaits. Through a rich tapestry of activities encompassing meditation, art, movement, storytelling, writing, and communal meals, we'll delve deep into the realms of self-discovery and interconnectedness. Guided by the compassionate witnessing of ourselves and others, we'll courageously explore the beauty and vulnerability of cracking open to authenticity and presence. Together, we'll navigate the terrain of our inner landscapes, embracing both the beauty and terror of unveiling our true selves. As we gather with the intention of offering love-filled witness to each other's journeys, we open the door to profound healing, genuine connection, and a profound sense of wholeness. Join us on this sacred pilgrimage to the heart, where the transformative power of collective witnessing awaits.

We will explore the beauty (and terror!) of cracking open to let ourselves be seen by others and to see our own selves with compassion and presence. What will happen when we gather with the intention of witnessing ourselves and each other with love? What healing, connection, and wholeness lies on the other side of witnessing?

The purpose of our time together is to become more aware of the defenses we have developed over time to ensure belonging, defenses that may now hinder us from experiencing deeper connections with ourselves and others. Through the intentional cultivation of a safe and nurturing container, we invite you to join us in rewriting the narratives of womanhood, fostering a renewed relationship with our bodies and each other.

With the hope of arriving with clear minds and open hearts, we invite you to join us in the week leading up to the retreat in preparing your whole selves to be present. Take care of your hearts, minds, and bodies, rest, nourish yourselves, and take space to be. To that end, we've compiled a few questions to guide us in the time leading up to the retreat (just for you, not to be shared). Just notice what it feels like in your body as you ask yourself these questions. Where do you feel these? What emerges as you ponder them?

  • What do you long to know about yourself?

  • What does it feel like to be known? What does it feel like to be seen?

  • What parts of you long to be seen? What parts of you fear being seen?

  • What stories do you tell of who you are? Where do those stories come from?

  • What helps you listen to yourself? To see yourself? To trust your knowing?
