Rachael Spyker
Rachael is a dedicated professional with a Masters in Counselling Psychology and holds credentials as a Registered Clinical Counsellor in Kelowna, BC, Canada. With a passion for holistic healing, Rachael specializes in trauma-informed therapeutic modalities, drawing from a diverse toolkit that includes Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy (PSIP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
In addition to her clinical practice, Rachael is extensively trained in working with plant medicines, further enriching her approach to healing and transformation. She is deeply passionate about harnessing the therapeutic potential of medicines such as ketamine, cannabis, psilocybin, and MDMA to facilitate profound transformation and healing.
As a facilitator, she leads women's retreats, group ceremonies, workshops, and events, providing nurturing spaces for individuals to explore and heal.
Rachael's commitment to holistic well-being extends beyond the therapy room; she is also the host of the Deconstruction Podcast, where she engages in meaningful conversations around personal growth, spirituality, and the journey towards wholeness.
