Hi! My name is Rachael Spyker, I live in Kelowna, BC
It’s an honour to be holding your attention in this moment.
I’m Rachael Spyker, and I offer a depth-oriented, relational approach to trauma healing. In the sacred vessel of the therapeutic relationship, I support the psyche’s natural movement toward wholeness.
My work is grounded in depth psychology and somatic wisdom, offering psychedelic psychotherapy and integration therapy alongside modalities such as Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy (PSIP), Internal Family Systems (IFS), AEDP, and EMDR. I approach these not as rigid techniques but as pathways for the soul’s unfolding, supporting trauma healing, spiritual growth, and embodied transformation.
I don’t see symptoms as something to pathologize.
I see them as intelligent responses to pain.
When we are left alone in overwhelming emotional experiences, our systems adapt creating protective strategies that help us survive. These defenses are not wrong. They are brilliant. But over time, they can become barriers to connection, vitality, and truth.
My clinical practice is guided by the belief that we are innately wired for healing. In a space of safety, resonance, and attunement, those protective layers begin to soften. Not through force, but through relationship. This is the foundation of my work in trauma therapy and psychedelic psychotherapy, where nervous system regulation and relational presence guide the process
Together, we co-create a space where the body leads. Where stories take a back seat to sensation. Where emotional truths—once too much to feel—are met gently, in real time. Through this somatic and relational process, transformation unfolds organically. This is not theoretical. It’s lived, in the tissues. It’s lived, in the tissues, and becomes the ground for psychedelic-assisted therapy and integration psychotherapy when working with expanded states of consciousness.
We are not wounded in isolation, and we do not heal in isolation.

Rachael Spyker’s office is located in central Kelowna. All your appointments will take place in my soothing office environment with complimentary coffee, tea and water, and free parking. Virtual appointments available as well.
